GB Construction provides residential construction, remodeling, restoration, and related services in Temecula, Murrieta, and surrounding cities.

Use of this website does not create a contractor-client relationship unless confirmed by a written agreement or executed proposal.

2. Services & Estimates

  • All estimates are non-binding until accepted in writing and may be subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Verbal estimates or discussions are for informational purposes only and are not enforceable.

  • Final pricing, scope of work, and timelines will be outlined in an approved written agreement.

3. Scheduling & Project Timelines

  • Project start dates are scheduled after written acceptance and receipt of any required deposits.

  • Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, inspections, material delays, subcontractor availability, or change orders.

  • GB Construction is not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control.

4. Change Orders

  • Any work not included in the original scope requires a written change order.

  • Change orders may impact pricing, timeline, and materials.

  • Work will not proceed on changes until approved by the client.

5. Payments

  • Payment terms are outlined in each proposal or contract.

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in work stoppage.

  • GB Construction reserves the right to pursue collection, including liens or legal remedies, as permitted by California law.

  • Client agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with collection of unpaid balances.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding property conditions and access

  • Secure pets and valuables during construction

  • Allow reasonable access to the property during scheduled work hours

  • Notify GB Construction promptly of concerns or issues

Failure to do so may impact schedule, cost, or workmanship.

7. Materials & Finishes

  • Colors, textures, and materials may vary due to manufacturing, lighting, or natural variations.

  • Client-supplied materials are not covered under GB Construction warranties.

  • Material substitutions may be required due to availability or discontinued products.

8. Warranties & Limitations

  • Labor warranties, if applicable, are outlined in the project agreement.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures provided.

  • GB Construction is not responsible for normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or pre-existing conditions.

  • No warranty is provided for hidden or latent conditions not reasonably discoverable.

9. Insurance & Licensing

GB Construction maintains appropriate insurance coverage and operates in compliance with applicable local and state regulations.

Proof of insurance or licensing may be provided upon request.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of GB Construction and may not be copied or used without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use of website content may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • GB Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

12. Termination of Services

Client remains responsible for all completed work and incurred costs.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Venue shall be the county in which the project is located unless otherwise required by law.

14. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree to its terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

GB Construction may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
